About C3 Fitness
C3 Fitness provides a unique fitness experience. We are not "just a gym." We do not compete with the commercialized facilities where membership is the status quo. Instead, we offer a community-based environment that promises education and support while helping members reach personal goals.

Our staff is comprised of friendly, personable people who want to help you live "Your Best Life." We proudly attach ourselves to The C3 Church where Christianity is real and healthy living is a valued principle.

Our facility is state-of-the art. We promise to meet all of your fitness needs. From squad training to personal training, group fitness classes to boot camp, C3 Fitness offers accountability and variety at all levels. Locker rooms and shower amenities are available, along with online exercise and nutrition tracking to help keep you motivated. We have it all. And did we mention that your kids can get fit here too? Our afternoon "FitKid" program offers children ages 4-12 the opportunity to leave the television and Nintendo DS behind and have a workout of their own.

Services
Child Care Services
Children ages eight weeks through twelve years may be dropped off in our on-site childcare room for a maximum of two hours at a time. Childcare hours are: Monday-Thursday 8:30 A.M.-11:30 A.M. and 4:00-8:30 P.M., Friday 8:30 A.M.-11:30 A.M. and 4:00-7:30 P.M., Saturday 8:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M., and Sunday 11:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M. Regulations regarding diapering, feeding, etc. are available upon request.

Body Composition Testing
Ranging from skin-fold to BIA testing, all forms of body composition testing are available upon request. Tests are performed by certified personal trainers and come standard with personal training packages.

Spin Classes

Fitness Evaluations
Fitness evaluations are part of the initial personal training assessment. These include assessment of all major physical fitness components including cardiovascular, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility. In addition, a certified personal trainer will provide an exercise prescription geared to meet your goals and needs.

FITKIDS: kids fitness training
Children ages four to twelve have the opportunity to join our after-school fitness program. This program meets two times a week and includes everything from small group games to Wii Fitness. Taught by engaging kid-friendly instructors, FITKIDS will ensure your child develops an active lifestyle.

Personal Training
Experienced certified personal trainers are available for one-on-one and small group sessions. These is an additional charge for these services. For more information or rates, contact any of our staff members.

Squad Memberships

Use of Locker Rooms and Showers
All members may enjoy the use of our showering and locker facilities. While soap and shampoo are provided, please bring your own towel and lock.

Group Classes
A variety of exercise classes are available in our group exercise room located on the second floor. Please visit the website homepage for class listings and schedules. All classes are taught by certified instructors.

Guest Pass
A free 7 day guest pass is available for new guests who are local residents and at least 18 years of age. The guest must present a valid drivers license and allow time for a tour of the facility. Guests who do not qualify for a free 7 day trial pass can visit the facility for a $5.00 fee per visit.

C3 Etiquette
To ensure the best atmosphere and workout for all of our members, please adhere to the following guidelines:
• Please wipe off equipment after use
• No cell phone use during classes or on gym floor
• Please return weights to racks
• Be courteous of others waiting for equipment
• Please wear proper workout attire. No open toe shoes or jeans
• Classes close 5 minutes after start time
