Personal Training

Personal training is available to all members of C3 Fitness. Trainers can help set fitness goals while giving members the tools and motivation to accomplish them. All of our trainers are certified through nationally recognized accrediting agencies. To sign up for personal trainers, please come by the personal training desk in the atrium.

Jess Dudley

Jess helps clients discover manageable and practical ways to reach their goals. She is currently seeing all types of clients but has a specialty with beginners and those seeking lifestyle changes. Jess is a Certified Spin Instructor. She is a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer for over 6 years with a special interest in weight loss and helping people start their gym experience!

Natalie Merritt

Fitness has always been an integral part of Natalie’s life. Fitness, diet, and exercise must be a way of life. It is a lifestyle not a quick fix. She believes the MODERATION is the key to a healthy lifestyle and is passionate about making exercise enjoyable and not tedious by encouraging members to push for their best. It is her passion to help motivate people to reach their potential and come to know a new quality of life.

Natalie is currently seeing all types of clients. She has a specialty in strength training incorporated with high intensity interval training and weight loss coupled with nutritional guidance and accountability. Natalie is an ISSA Certified Trainer.
