FRONT DESK STAFF
Hi, I'm Jon and I am the proud front desk supervisor of this amazing fitness center. As a member of C3 Church and C3 Fitness, I have a passion for serving others. With over 45 years' experience in the customer service industry, I have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with premier hospitality. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for our members, where everyone can feel motivated and inspired. My four adult children are the joy of my life, so I usually spend time with them when I'm not on the C3 Campus. I look forward to seeing you at the gym!
I began my journey in fitness in 2002 as a personal trainer/wellness coach. In 2013, I relocated to Georgia as an anesthesia tech for Augusta University Hospital. In 2014, I started working for the government as a Certified Orthotic Fitter at the Department of Veteran Affairs. I maintained that position for 2 years before moving over to the Onboarding Team as a Human Resources Assistant. I excelled in that position and was provided the opportunity to advance as a Human Resources Specialist with the Department of Revenue Services. I love personal training, and my goal in the future is to own my own business helping people live healthier lifestyles.
I am originally from Wilmington, Delaware. I have been married since 2006 to my wife Nicole. I have 3 sons: Caleb, Cameron, and Cason. I am half Panamanian - my mother is from Panama and speaks Spanish, but I do not! Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, traveling, spending time with family, playing basketball, and watching "Martin" reruns.
I am excited about working at C3 Fitness and I am looking forward to being a part of this great team.
I'm David. I'm from Atlanta originally, but I spent my high school years in Tampa, FL before moving back to GA. I'm a husband, a father of 2 (planning for a 3rd), a man of faith, and a worship leader who's very connected to my church community. When it comes to fitness, I love weightlifting and am a stickler for a good warm-up and recovery. I am also an extrovert, so if you need a spot or word of encouragement, I'm your guy!
My name is Therese, and I was born and raised in the good ol’ cold Anchorage, Alaska! In 2022, I moved to Georgia with my husband to be closer to his family and job, but also escape the snow! Currently, I work part-time as a nurse in Atlanta, and my husband and I own a soy wax candle business called “LIT Wax Works”! Working out is my outlet and I focus heavily on meal prepping to keep myself healthy!
Hello! My name is Maya. I am 18 and a sophomore at UNG. Besides working, I love playing guitar and singing for C3 Church, and playing video games with friends. I am currently pursuing a degree in Communications with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. I have loved helping out at the gym and getting to know everyone!
My name is Cooper Kane and I am a freshman at Furman University studying accounting and religion. In my first year of college, I lost 50 pounds and am starting to train to become a triathlete!
Hey there! I'm Bella, your friendly face at C3 Fitness. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting out, I'm here to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. Need help with equipment, class schedules, or just a high-five after a great workout? I've got you covered. I'm a casual gym-goer (if you can call it that!) and I enjoy baking in my free time. I am a high school student, dual enrolling at Gwinnett Technical College to pursue my goals as an aspiring developer and build connections as I grow. Connection is a major part of my life; bringing opportunities to grow - as an individual, in group settings, and as a skilled member of the teams I am a part of. I am thankful for what I have, and I will continue to pursue more and strive for growth.
Hi, I'm Nathan. I graduated from Central Gwinnett High School in 2023. I played high school baseball and am very physically active. I love having my coworkers around at C3 Fitness, and working here has brought a lot of ease to my life.
TRAINERS & INSTRUCTORS
I am a certified AAAI/ISMA Personal Fitness Trainer with an additional certification in sports nutrition consulting. My passion is to help my clients achieve their personal fitness goals. I encourage my clients to live healthy lives encompassing strength training, stretching, and intentionally slowing down the body & mind.
I have enjoyed being in the fitness industry for close to 25 years. Certifications in weight training, personal training, and yoga have allowed me to add variety to your program. I try to combine what you want with what you need.
I have been spinning for over 10 years with my husband Nate. I am the Controller for Sofo Foods of Georgia in Suwanee and instruct spin class in my spare time. I love the fast pace and intensity of spinning and love to help others build strength and endurance through interval training in spin classes.
My wife Michelle and I have shared a love for spin since our first class over ten years ago! I became a certified instructor in November of 2009. I have a BA degree in Psychology & Spanish with a minor in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse (Go Badgers! Go Packers!). In my spare time I am a credentialed neurophysiology technologist at the Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville and own a picture framing business. Our son's name is Caleb (7) and, besides spin classes, nothing keeps us moving like him!! I love to run, play golf, read, spend time outdoors and attempt to play guitar. My passion for spin stems from the fact that, even after 10 years, I continue to be challenged each & every class.
My name is Erica Arias. I have been a Zumba instructor for 7 years. I started in California, and now for the last 6 years, I have been happily teaching in Lawrenceville, GA. I'm a wife, and mother of three wonderful children and so excited to be part of the C3 Fitness family!
I am a Zumba instructor at C3 Fitness. I have been teaching Zumba for the last 6 years. Some passions of mine are dancing and working out. My profession is being a teacher, and becoming an instructor has complemented my life.
I enjoy the challenge of teaching spin! My goal for each class is to make the session worthwhile for riders of all levels while having fun as a group and enjoying a wide variety of music.
My wife and I have 1 son, and he and his wife have our only grandson. We enjoy helping take care of him. I graduated from Auburn University and spent most of my professional career in healthcare finance. I retired from paid employment in 2020. Now, I have many core pursuits including working out at the gym, kayaking, and outdoor bike riding. I enjoy reading, singing, and music of most kinds. In the fall, I like to follow college football - particularly the SEC.
I also spend time volunteering at my church one day a week at the Gwinnett Library. I serve on the board of the MyGeorgia credit union in Hall County. When I'm not busy with these activities, I like to do yard work and study the financial markets.
Whether you are new to spin or an experienced rider, I look forward to seeing you in class!
I grew up dancing to Latin and international rhythms. I was a certified Zumba instructor from 2011-2020, and now I continue moving to the hottest tunes in my Dance Fitness classes! It's great for all levels!
Hi, I'm Sarah! I live in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA with my family and three dogs. I love the beach and all things summer. I enjoy hiking, games, and reading suspense fiction. Of course I love a good workout, but I also enjoy relaxing with a funny show.
I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle from the inside out. I have seen time and again the many benefits of exercise and balanced nutrition. Combined, these elements of wellness have gifted me a more energized, enjoyable quality of life. So much so, that I am confident they can do the same for you!

My name is Lizzy Jackson and I'm a mama to four littles, police wife, creative, and yogi. I have taught yoga for the past 10 years and am an RYT-200. I also have additional training in pre/post-natal yoga, children's yoga, and yoga therapeutics. I love helping others get to know themselves more deeply through yoga and mindfulness. With 4 kids, 2 dogs, 4 chickens, and a garden, yoga is what keeps me sane and I'm crazy grateful I get to share this practice with others.
Hi, I'm Diana originally from Colombia, South America. I have two children, I love to travel, spend time with family and friends, watch TV and dance. I am very energetic, passionate, and loyal. I have been dancing since I was 6 years old and when I moved to Atlanta in 1997, I started dancing in a traditional Colombian group, which I am still in and where my youngest son also dances.
In September 2018 I became a Zumba instructor, and it has been one of the best decisions I have made, because I have met many people and I have brought a lot of joy and smiles to the people who have taken my classes. I hope to see you in my class!

My name is Isabel, a little thing to know about me is I love working out and staying active as much as I can. I work in C3 gym childcare which is pretty awesome cause I get to be around little angels.
Hi there! My name is Tia Hinojosa. I'm a junior in high school and the oldest sibling of 4 younger sisters. I'm a regular volunteer in childcare at C3 Church, and there's nothing that brings me more joy than taking care of children and teaching them new things! My goal is to make sure that every child feels welcomed and safe when coming in, and that every parent feels at ease knowing that their child/children are in good hands here at C3 Fitness. Looking forward to meeting you!
I have been caring for children for over 50 years, including babysitting my 3 siblings, raising 2 beautiful daughters, and now helping with my 4 grandkids. Formerly a full-time employee at Oxford Falls Academy, I still substitute there occasionally and believe kids should use their imagination during playtime.
I am a senior at Collins Hill High School with plans to become a Special Education teacher when I graduate. I love children and teaching them new things. I’ve been babysitting since I was 15 and have always felt so connected to young people. I enjoy painting and cooking in my free time, and I’m currently learning Spanish. I can’t wait to play with and care for your child!
