Personal training is available to all members of C3 Fitness. Trainers can help set fitness goals while giving members the tools and motivation to accomplish them. All of our trainers are certified through nationally recognized accrediting agencies. To sign up for a session with a personal trainer, please visit the front desk.

Robert Barngrover

Hi, I’m Robert! Originally from Sarasota, Florida, I made the move to Georgia a few years ago and have been loving it here ever since. Fitness has been a big part of my life for over a decade, and for the last five years, I’ve dedicated myself to exploring unique movements and unconventional exercises to keep things fresh and effective.

You’ve probably seen me around C3 Fitness, where I’ve been a proud member and friendly face for a while now. While fitness is a cornerstone of my life, my true passion lies in the arts and all things nerd culture. So whether you need a spotter, advice on your next workout, or just want to chat about my latest artwork, don’t hesitate to come say hi!

I have enjoyed being in the fitness industry for close to 25 years. Certifications in weight training, personal training, and yoga have allowed me to add variety to your program. I try to combine what you want with what you need.
