Personal Training

Personal training is available to all members of C3 Fitness. Trainers can help set fitness goals while giving members the tools and motivation to accomplish them. All of our trainers are certified through nationally recognized accrediting agencies. To sign up for personal trainers, please come by the personal training desk in the atrium.

Sessions Options Include:

  • 30 Minute Sessions
  • 60 Minute Sessions
  • Buddy Training Sessions
  • Custom Packages to Fit Your Needs

MEET OUR TRAINERS

Amanda Martin

I am a certified AAAI/ISMA Personal Fitness Trainer with an additional certification in sports nutrition consulting. My passion is to help my clients achieve their personal fitness goals. I encourage my clients to live healthy lives encompassing strength training, stretching, and intentionally slowing down the body & mind.

Mick Crysler

I have enjoyed being in the fitness industry for close to 25 years. Certifications in weight training, personal training, and yoga have allowed me to add variety to your program. I try to combine what you want with what you need.
